SEASON BLUEPRINT

Interstellar Basketball is built around consistent development, structured training, and meaningful competition. Our spring and summer season is designed to give athletes the repetitions and learning environment needed to improve.

My Approach

My approach to development is built around one belief: players improve through consistent work, attention to detail, and understanding how the game is actually played.

At Interstellar Basketball we train the areas that show up in real game situations — ball handling under pressure, game-speed shooting, defensive positioning, spacing, and decision making. Every practice is designed to challenge athletes, build confidence, and create habits that carry directly into competition.

This program isn’t built around playing as many games as possible. It’s built around development. When athletes commit to the process, improvement follows.

The goal is simple: help every player finish the season more skilled, more confident, and with a deeper understanding of the game.
